Data we collect

Only the information you enter in our forms: name, company, e-mail, phone, country, preferred contact method, the content of your request and, for job applications, your CV and professional details. Your browser's time zone is added to the request to help schedule a call.

How we use it

• To reply to your requests for quotes, proposals, information or enrolment (pre-contractual steps and consent).
• To review your job application (consent).
• No sale or transfer to third parties, and no marketing without your consent.

Recipients and service providers

• The CAD&BIM Consulting team.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards website requests by e-mail.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, and Google Fonts, which serves the fonts (your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads).

Transfers outside the European Union

CAD&BIM Consulting is based in Cameroon and some technical providers may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Transfers are limited to what is needed to reply to your request.

Retention periods

• Business requests: 3 years after the last contact.
• Applications and CVs: 2 years maximum.
• Training enrolments: for the duration of the course, then as required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to its processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to tchuidjangr@yahoo.fr. If you live in the European Union, you may also contact your national data protection authority.
